Studio RG9 Terms & Conditions
1. About Studio RG9
Studio RG9 is a trading name of Elly Younie, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

By booking or attending a class, workshop, or event at Studio RG9, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance via our booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated.
3. Cancellations & Late Cancellations
Classes and private sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or session start time, or failure to attend, will result in the class/session being forfeited.
Workshops, courses, and special events may have separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. Arrivals & Studio Etiquette
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class start time.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons.
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Mobile phones should be silenced during class.
5. Health, Safety & Responsibility
By booking and attending classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and that you have sought appropriate medical advice where necessary.
It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in any class or activity at Studio RG9 is suitable for you.
You must disclose any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies prior to your session.
Studio RG9 instructors reserve the right to modify, limit, or refuse exercises or participation where required for safety.
Participation in classes is undertaken at your own risk. Studio RG9 is not responsible for injury or loss arising from failure to follow instruction or failure to disclose relevant health information.
6. Injuries, Pregnancy & Modifications
Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancies before each class.
Modifications will be offered where appropriate, but not all classes may be suitable for all conditions.
Studio RG9 reserves the right to advise alternative classes where required.
7. Memberships & Class Packs
7.1 Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless paused or cancelled in line with membership terms.
Notice periods for membership changes will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Unused classes do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
7.2 Class Pack Expiry & Usage
All class packs are sold with a fixed validity period. This validity period is clearly stated at the point of purchase and begins from the date of purchase.
Class packs must be used within the stated validity period.
Any classes remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited and cannot be used.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiry dates apply to all clients and are an essential part of how Studio RG9 manages class availability and pricing.
As a general rule, Studio RG9 does not extend, pause, or reinstate expired class packs, including in cases of illness, injury, holidays, or changes in personal circumstances.
By purchasing a class pack, you acknowledge and accept the stated expiry period and these terms.
8. Workshops, Events & Socials
Workshops and events often involve limited capacity and additional preparation.
Refunds for workshops are not guaranteed unless the event is cancelled by Studio RG9.
Where a workshop is cancelled by Studio RG9, clients will be offered a refund or credit.
9. Changes to Classes & Timetable
Studio RG9 reserves the right to change instructors, class times, or cancel classes where necessary.
Where possible, advance notice will be given.
10. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought into the studio at your own risk.
Studio RG9 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Client information is used solely for booking management, communication, and studio operations.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.
12. Changes to These Terms
Studio RG9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
