Beginner/Intermediate Class

These classes are designed for those who want to master the fundamentals, refine their technique, and build strength with control. Expect a slightly slower pace with a strong focus on form, alignment, and core activation, while still getting a challenging, full-body workout.

 

Intermediate/Advanced Class 

You will certainly feel the burn in this class! These classes are designed to push your limits, sculpting and toning your body through dynamic, resistance-based movements that challenge and empower you. Your core, co-ordination and balance will all be challenged.

 

  Disco JumpBoard Cardio

Cardio Jump is a high intensity, fast paced cardio workout. Suitable for those with a high level of fitness who want to feel the burn and get sweaty. Using the Reformer JumpBoard and weights this class will certainly keep you burning fat for the rest of the day. Get the Disco lights on and the music blaring and get ready for some serious fun!

 


  ReformHIIT

This class is a powerful combination of Dynamic Reformer Pilates, Strength Training, and Low Impact Interval Training. ReformHIIT will not only help to improve cardiovascular health, but combining strength and body weight training it is one of the most effective forms of training for weight loss and improved body composition.
